Brownie with milk chocolate






You need:

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 150g salted butter

  • 350g sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 115g all purpose flour

  • 65g cocoa

  • 1ts vanilla

  • sea salt

  • 200g milk chocolate





Melt the butter with the dark chocolate.

Add the sugar and stir over heat for about 3 minutes.

Remove the casserole from the heat and stir inn the eggs. One at a time.

Add the flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla to the batter.


Pour the brownie batter into a lined square pan that measures about 18x28cm

Chop the milk chocolate into pieces and sprinkel them all over the brownie. Stir them gently in to the brownie.


Cook the brownie at 175 degrees Celsius for about 25-35 minutter.

A toothpick should come out with sticky batter on it, not liquid batter.


Let it cool down in the pan for about 10 minutes before you cut it in to pieces and enjoy!
